CareerBoss Benefits for Illinois Veterans

Illinois Veterans can use their G.I. Bill benefits to pay for these training programs. Your GI Bill benefits expire in ten years, so use the benefits for your training early!


Veterans can take online Professional Certification training programs through Solex College.

They include:

Customer Service – Approved and designed by the National Retail Federation. Designed for new customer service professionals seeking to enhance skill sets or prepare veteran customer service professionals for additional responsibility and supervisory roles. Upon completion of the professional exam, you will be Certified in Customer Service by the National Retail Federation.

ProSales – Captures core duties and techniques for sales positions in any industry, whether you are new to sales or an old pro! Upon completion of the professional exam, you will be Certified in Sales by the National Retail Federation.

Project Management – Approved by the Project Management Institute. Follows the flow of actual project management by developing a sound understanding of how to manage projects effectively; perfect for project managers seeking national certification or new to project management searching to jump start their knowledge base in PM. Upon successful completion of the PMI national exam, your will be a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
